Superior Walls to be Set Tomorrow

Between the winter holidays and rain, rain, rain over the past 30 days, the Superior Walls folks got all backed up and delayed. We’re now scheduled to get these foundation walls delivered and set tomorrow, Jan. 19. The 12-foot panels roll in on flatbed semis, with a large crane to lower each section into place.

With a low tonight predicted at 11, and tomorrow sunny with a high of 30 and 10-15 mph winds, it should be a brisk installation. Lots of video to come.

Meanwhile, temporary water and power were installed and the surveyors marked all foundation corners last week.
