Concrete Evidence of Progress

The push to the finish line is on, with multiple trades buzzing around every day. Just 19 days left to move-in. Electricians, painters, plumbers, and last Friday: the concrete crew rolled in at 7 am to pour the “courtyard,” or turnaround area of the driveway. This section will have a textured, “exposed aggregate” appearance, rather than the typical smooth concrete. The 120-foot driveway in from the street will not be poured until after the heavy moving vans have left. Here's a quick 2-minute video of the process.
