Online Video Series for New Client

This Continuing Care Retirement Community on 112 acres of wooded rolling hills between Asheville and Hendersonville, NC, is expected to be completed in 2024. Structured as an equity-based model, it’s unique in the Asheville market. The project was to build a library of explainer and testimonial videos about details and advantages of Legacy at Mills River, for prospects and current depositors.

Many of the on-camera shots for the explainer videos were done in my studio,with multiple takes edited into a continuous narration. Following their corporate brand guide for color palette and fonts, we created graphics, plus the opening template used for each installment of the series.

More than a dozen explainer and testimonial videos have been produced, with more in the pipeline.
